In mental performance coaching sessions, Coach Griffin works with athletes to help them how to understand and integrate the principles of performance psychology: from the building blocks of well-being and motivation to enhancing focus through visualization, self-talk, or mindfulness.

Mental Performance Coaching
from $900.00

Elevate your performance by investing in your mental game. You’ll work with Griffin one-on-one through virtual (Zoom) or phone consultations to hone in on the tasks and mental skills that can help you make the most out your performance.

Sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes and are typically weekly or every other week, and occassionally monthly. In between sessions, athletes work on “homework” in between, usually highly integrated into their actual sport rather than something separate.

Choose between three package options:
