Essentially, we’ll work together to establish goals and a plan that fits into your life, then monitor for progress and make adjustments as needed, whether that’s life throwing curve balls of sickness or travel, or you’re crushing it and want to take training up a notch!
As a member of our endurance coaching athletes, you'll work with Griffin one-on-one to build out your custom training plan with continual feedback and guidance along the way. Training is dynamic and should fit within the context of your life and goals. You'll also receive access to bonus resources and guides in the FIT Squad hub.
